Every night, faithfully, Lauren says the Lord's Prayer, then adds on her "special prayers" for family, friends, and loved ones. She always, ALWAYS, tacks on "and that I feel better tomorrow" at the end. Guess a girl has to cover all her bases! It is one of our favorite parts of the day, and certainly of the entire bedtime ritual. Something sweet and innocent about her earnestness.

It's a thing to strive for, that child-like innocence of faith. Love it when they do stuff like that!
I was sick one time and Elijah put his hands on me and prayed for me to get better...brought tears to my eyes!
