I have been telling many of you about how curly Lauren's hair has gotten. I couldn't get a full on pic (you'll notice they are all of her walking away). What can I say? The child has a mind of her own...ahem!
She even let me put a little barrette in on Saturday!
I love curls and clippies. That's what we call them at our house :) We have to spell that because if she hears the word she starts digging at her hair until she finds and removes it. Where did these willful children come from? :)
Ladybug is the same...I have to put it in when she's distracted. And big bows are a no go for now until she gets used to these clippies. I don't think she can feel them in her hair. Sigh. She doesn't seem to get what must be done for beauty's sake! Is that normal for a 14 month old??? (wink).
It can be hard to live so far away from family and many friends, but thank goodness for the internet! Now with this magical blog, I can keep you all up-to-date on our comings and goings, especially now that we have our two little ones keeping us (pre)occupied. :) I hope you enjoy reading my postings and viewing the latest and greatest snapshots of the kiddos...and remember, if the cold hard world gets you down, we have plenty of room for visitors. Y'all can make a visit down South to see us...XOXOX
